We've got to get the move on -- can't sit her all summer broke because our renters decide to vacation and dine on.... ok, that's not fair. I know same as you that they are doing what we all do - trying to make it happen. That's what I tell myself. Still, they can't make their problem my problem or I'll have to make my problem their problem -- and find new renters.
